The company's pipeline products also include BX005 a topical phage cocktail which is in Phase 1/2 clinical study that targets Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) a bacteria associated with the manifestation of the disease. In addition the company engages in the provision of colorectal cancer program that utilizes engineered phage with various payloads which are administered intravenously to target Fusobacterium nucleatum bacteria residing within the tumor microenvironment.
